This initial stage is crucial for ensuring that we fully understand your needs and expectations.
We will promptly provide you with a detailed quote outlining the costs and timelines involved.

During the development phase, our primary focus is on translating the product features and customer requirements outlined in the specifications into the final product.
In parallel with sample production, our engineering team focuses on developing the necessary toolings, jigs, and fixtures required for the production process.
These custom-made tools are meticulously designed and engineered to ensure precision, accuracy, and efficiency during manufacturing.

After the acceptance and approval of samples, our focus shifts towards optimizing the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Measurements are taken in process (IPQC) to ensure quality and consistency.
This critical phase involves fine-tuning every aspect of the manufacturing process to minimize the risk of errors or defects and maximize overall productivity.

Quality is a commitment upheld in every aspect of our operations. We utilize a strict quality control policy and in-line process methods to deliver the highest quality and unmatched reliability.
Inspection reports are available on request to assure the highest quality and compliance.
This includes providing mandatory Material Test Reports (MTRs) and First Article Inspection (FAI) reports upon request to ensure full compliance and traceability.

Parts are professionally cleaned and packaged for international transport, with special attention to impact resistance.
We work with leading global carriers and freight forwarders and are proficient in handling all necessary export documentation.
This includes Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and handling Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF) as per your requirement.
